Author Guidelines
Standard documentation and technical specifications for authors submitting research manuscripts, literature reviews, case reports, and visual presentations to OAAS academic journals.
Before You Submit
Manuscripts must be written in clear, correct, and unambiguous standard English. Papers that fail to adhere to these linguistic and formatting requirements cannot be accepted for peer review and will be returned to the corresponding author.
All authors should confirm prior to submission that the manuscript represents original, previously unpublished research and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
Manuscript Formatting
Manuscripts should be compiled in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX (with compiled PDF) formatted with 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins, double line spacing, continuous line numbering, and a standard typography font (Times New Roman or Arial, 12pt).
Manuscript Structure (01 to 10)
All submitted research papers must follow this structured sequence:
Title Page
Concise title (maximum 25 words, no acronyms) conveying the core finding. Includes full names, institutional affiliations, and contact details for all co-authors.
Abstract
Self-contained synopsis (maximum 250 words) structured into Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion without abbreviations or citations.
Keywords
Include 5 to 6 specific, indexing-friendly keywords directly beneath the abstract to enhance discoverability.
Introduction & Literature Review
Establish the context of the study, outline the research gap with key citations, and clearly declare the underlying hypothesis or objective.
Materials and Methods
Provide comprehensive experimental protocols, sample sizes, clinical cohort details, ethics committee approvals, and statistical tests to ensure full reproducibility.
Results & Statistical Analysis
Systematic presentation of experimental data using high-resolution graphs, tables, and exact p-values/confidence intervals without speculative interpretation.
Discussion & Findings
Interpret discoveries in relation to prior literature, evaluate the proven or refuted hypotheses, and explore mechanisms behind findings.
Limitations, Conclusion & Recommendations
Summarize principal contributions, candidly outline unavoidable limitations, and provide concrete directions for future research.
Funding & Acknowledgments
Explicitly cite all financial support, grants, sponsoring institutes, and individuals who provided technical assistance.
References (Vancouver Style)
Numbered sequentially in the order they appear in the text, identified by Arabic numerals in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2-4]). All authors must be cited.

The Vancouver Agreement specifies how references must be cited across all OAAS journals. Order of first mention in the text determines the numbering sequence.
